Walton - Rutland Apex Shed
The Rutland Apex Shed from the Walton County range is 8ft wide x 6ft deep. It replaces the very popular Kent Shed, however there are 2 fixed windows and 2 opening windows glazed in perspex as standard, and the door is in the centre of the 8ft gable. It incorporates a chalet-style front with a 305mm (12") front overhang.

Our Walton Rutland is manufactured with 12mm boarding, and styrene windows are supplied as standard. OSB sheet materials have been used for the roof and floor.

The walls are manufactured from tongue & groove timber, with 27x45mm framing. These sheds have traditional style and quality at an unbeatable price

Quality Construction
All buildings are manufactured using 45x27mm framing. A combination of fixed and opening windows are supplied as standard on some models.

Preservative
All standard sheds in the Walton Groundsman range are treated inside and out with a single coat of water-based preservative colour treatment. These buildings should be treated again following installation.

Doors and Locking System
A single door is supplied as standard. It is supplied with a galvanised padbolt which will accept a padlock (not supplied).

Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in an easy to assemble flat-pack, with clear assembly instructions. Only basic tools are required, and no professional experience is necessary. Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in 2-3 hours but an erecting service is also available at an extra charge (depending on your area) if required. Please ask when placing your order.

Moisture dictates the amount that wood expands and contracts, and natural cracks and knots may appear. This is a completely natural occurrence which gives wood it's unique character, and is not be classed as an imperfection or flaw. Generally, plastic or metal sheds are not supplied with a floor as standard, and may be prone to condensation.
