Walton Chancellor
Steel Shed
Walton's Chancellor metal shed is available in
2 sizes - 8x6 and 10x7. Both are
supplied with a double sliding entrance door. This range is
available in just one colour - 2-tone Grey. Please note: The Chancellor is not supplied with a floor
as standard, however an OSB floor is available as an option.
The
Chancellor requires very little maintenance, due to the use of
painted, galvanised steel cladding, which offers the benefit of a
manufacturers 12 year 'no rust perforation' guarantee.

The double sliding doors fitted
internally are holed for padlock (not supplied), and come complete with a full width door entry / exit ramp. Other
features include triple roof beams for additional support and vented
gables help to reduce condensation.

This shed is designed to be bolted onto an existing, level
concrete or paved base. A floor is NOT supplied, however an internal,
non-supporting solid sheet floor (OSB) can be selected as an option.

Quality Construction
All buildings are manufactured
using high tensile galvanised steel frames, clad with painted,
galvanised steel sheets. No windows or skylight panels are
available with this model. Triple roof beams ensure a solid
construction. An optional OSB floor is also available. |
Low
Maintenance
This building requires
very little maintenance, and is supplied with a 12-Year no rust
perforation manufacturers warranty. No preservative is required. |

Doors and Locking System
When closed the handles on
the double sliding doors
come together to allow the doors to be padlocked.
|
Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in
flat-pack form with comprehensive instructions. Installation
should take about 5 hours. A firm concrete base is essential to
make a sound job, although it can be installed on concrete
paving slabs. Only basic tools are required, and no professional
experience is necessary.
