Tulip Playhouse with Tower & Slide
Hallmark's Tulip Playhouse with Slide is a popular,
activity playhouse built on a 1m high platform. The
Tulip Tower
with Slide will provide hours of fun for the children, with the
platform adding a new dimension to their playtime:
the space left underneath is ideal for storing toys,
installing a sandpit, or for turning into an
adventure camp. The high quality slide is mounted
opposite the steps, and will provide hours of fun. A
shady 10inch roof overhang and open verandah to the front
sets the playhouse off well and can be painted to
any colour of your choice.
The Tulip Tower Playhouse with Slide is available in
1
size - 12x7 (with balcony, slide and steps).
The Tulip features 3 fixed styrene windows and a
small porthole window in the door. All exterior
surfaces are manufactured from tongued & grooved
timber, and the building is manufactured to European
Safety Standard EN71, and includes a safety balcony
and balustrade. The Hallmark
Tulip playhouse is manufactured by Walton Garden Buildings who are Britain's largest manufacturer of timber garden buildings.

Quality Construction
All Hallmark
Playhouses are manufactured using Pine from well managed sustainable forests. The manufacturer (Walton's) supports the FSC, and is fully committed to the concept of sustainability.
The
Tulip is constructed using tongue and groove timber on the walls.
The floor and roof are made in solid sheets. Smooth planed framing (27x32mm) has been used internally, and is doubled at the corners for strength. Green mineral roofing felt is supplied to keep the roof watertight.

Maintenance and Preservative
The Hallmark
Tulip Tower Playhouse has been treated with a light brown factory applied base coat. The treatment used is water-based, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. Once your garden building has been installed, you should continue to maintain it with a good quality preservative every year or two (in accordance with the manufacturers instructions). This will ensure that your building will last for many years.

Doors and Locking System
The Tulip
Tower Playhouse is supplied with a single door 0.6m (2ft) wide.
Safety hinges, magnetic catches and an antique pull
handle are used as standard on the doors.

Windows and Glazing
The Tulip
Playhouse is supplied with fixed windows
only on the front and each side, allowing plenty natural light. Styrene (Perspex©) glazing is fitted as standard,
which is safe, and is stronger than it's equivalent in standard glass.

Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in flat-pack form with comprehensive instructions. Installation should take about
3 hours. The Tulip Tower can be erected straight onto
the grass, without the need for a concrete base. This
would provide a safe play environment for your children. Only basic tools are required, and no professional experience is necessary. Whilst this is predominantly a DIY product, we can provide an INSTALLATION SERVICE throughout most of the UK if required.
