Solis Corner Summerhouse
Hallmark's Solis Corner Summerhouse is designed to fit
into a corner to maximise the space, especially in a
small garden. It is available in
2 popular sizes - 7x7 and 8x8.
Both feature plain full length styrene
glazing in the windows and doors. The Hallmark Solis Corner Summerhouse is
supplied with contemporary handles and hinges. The Hallmark
Solis
summerhouse is manufactured by Walton Garden
Buildings who are Britain's largest manufacturer of
timber garden buildings.

Quality Construction
All Hallmark
Solis summerhouses are manufactured using Pine from well managed sustainable forests.
The manufacturer (Walton's) supports the FSC, and is fully committed to the concept of sustainability. The
Solis is constructed using tongue and groove timber on the walls, and
solid sheet boarding on the floor, and roof. Smooth planed framing (27x32mm) has
been used internally, and is doubled at the corners for
strength. Mineral finished roofing felt is supplied to keep the roof watertight.

Maintenance and Preservative
The Hallmark
Solis summerhouse has been treated with a light brown factory applied base coat. The treatment used is water-based, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. Once your garden building has been installed, you should continue to maintain it with a good quality preservative every year or two (in accordance with the manufacturers instructions). This will ensure that your building will last for many years.

Doors and Locking System
The Solis
summerhouse is supplied with full-glazed double
doors 0.94m (3ft 1in) wide. Chrome lever handles and a
lock with key is supplied as standard with the doors.

Windows and Glazing
The Solis summerhouse is supplied with
two fixed windows as standard. This allows plenty natural light. Heavy duty styrene (Perspex©)
glazing is fitted as standard. It is very safe, and
is stronger than it's equivalent in standard glass.

Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in flat-pack form with comprehensive instructions. Installation should take about 3 hours. A firm concrete or paved base is recommended to make a sound job, although it can be installed on timber bearers if required. Only basic tools are required, and no professional experience is necessary. Whilst this is predominantly a DIY product, we can provide an INSTALLATION SERVICE throughout most of the UK if required.
