The Hampton Corner
Summerhouse is a fantastic value-for-money summerhouse, and will
make the very best of a difficult corner in your garden. Ideally
suited to the smaller garden, this is the best value corner summerhouse available in the UK today. The
Hampton is available in 2 sizes;
7x7 and 8x8, and has
been manufactured from smooth planed white pine from sustainable
forests. It comes
pre-treated
with
a honey coloured preservative basecoat, but to ensure a long
life we recommend that a top coat treatment is applied. Mineral roofing felt,
2 extra-large opening glass windows, fully-glazed
double-doors and an iron door latch are included as
standard.
Our Hampton 7x7, 8x8 Corner Summerhouse is manufactured with 12mm
shiplap weatherboarding on the walls, 12mm t&g timber floor,
35x35mm framing, 11mm OSB roof, and 2 opening glass window as standard.

Construction
All buildings in this
Shire range are manufactured
using 35x35mm framing throughout, 12mm thick T&G shiplap
cladding walls and floors. Opening glass windows are supplied as standard.
Water-Based Preservative
All buildings in the
Shire
range are treated inside and out with an industry standard water-based
preservative colour
basecoat treatment.
Doors and Locking System
A double door 1360mm wide
is supplied with a black iron door latch.
Delivery and Assembly
These buildings are supplied in a flat-pack,
and are modular in design with smaller panels allowing for easy
transportation through your house or garage! Assembly is
straight-forward for the competent DIY'er, and no professional experience is necessary.
Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in 4-6 hours.
