- Heavy Duty Smoking Shelter
The 'Scotland' Heavy Duty Smoking
Shelter was introduced as a solution to the 'no smoking' ban introduced in
Scotland on 26th March 2006. It is available in 3 sizes - 6x4,
7x5, and 8x5.
Our Scotland Smoking Shelters are robust, and are built to
a high standard using redwood pine shiplap and smooth planed &
chamfered interior framing. Each model is manufactured with 12mm
boarding (18mm optional). No chipboard, OSB, or inferior
sheet materials have been used, and the walls, and roof all made from treated tongued and grooved interlocking pine.
This building can be supplied without a floor if required.
Optional extras include, heavy 18mm shiplap
cladding,
heavy 18mm floors, wall mounted ashtrays and bench seating. Scroll down to the

Quality Construction
All buildings are manufactured
using 45x45mm framing throughout with diagonal bracing on some models. Standard
models come with 12mm thick shiplap
cladding, but a 18mm option is available.
Spirit-Based Preservative
All Scotland Smoking
Shelters are treated inside and out with a high quality spirit-based
preservative colour
treatment.
Straight-forward Assembly
These buildings are supplied in an easy to assemble flat-pack. Only basic
tools are required, and no professional experience is necessary.
Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in 1-2 hours, but an erecting service is also available at an extra charge
(depending on your area) if required. Please
ask when placing your order.
Ashtrays and Seating
Our Scotland Smoking
Shelters can be supplied with optional wall-mounted ashtrays and a 5ft bench seat.
