Orders must be processed before 1pm to enable collection by the courier company. Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday will be collected by the courier on the next available working day. The next day delivery only applies to orders being delivered to the cardholders address. A valid signature is required, and on no account will any delivery be left unsigned. We may upgrade your delivery to a faster service at our discretion, unless we are specifically requested not to at the time of purchase. Every effort will be made by the courier company to deliver your purchase on your chosen date, however, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible in every case. We are not liable for the consequences of any delay caused by circumstances outwith our control. Depending on the carrier, they will usually attempt to deliver your goods twice, and will post a delivery card through your door if unsuccessful. Please ensure that you are available to take receipt of your purchase, as the carrier is unable to leave any goods which are unsigned, and you will be charged for the return carriage/re-delivery.
