Cosy Cottage Children's Playhouse
Hall's Cosy Cottage children's
playhouse is
manufactured to the high standard that you would expect from one of the
UK's foremost garden building manufacturers. Safety is of particular
importance when your child is at play, all windows are made with clear
plastic safety glazing, and doors are fitted with full-height piano
hinges to avoid accidents.
The Halls Cosy Cottage Playhouse is available in
1 sizes only -
6x6, with
12mm tongued and grooved
boarding, and
Perspex safety glazing
supplied as standard. NO chipboard, OSB, or inferior sheet materials
have been used, and the walls, roof and floor are all made from high
quality
tongued and grooved interlocking pine.
The Cosy Cottage, is the ultimate dream playhouse for your
children, it can be a pirate ship on the high seas, or a princess's
tower... all your children need is their imagination. It can be
supplied with or without the 'heart motif' on the door (see right).

Quality Construction
These buildings are manufactured
using 45x34mm framing throughout, and have 12mm thick shiplap
cladding and 2 perspex windows. All playhouses in this range are manufactured to the
British Safety Standard BS 5665.
Safety
Child safety is of utmost importance and this range is more child friendly
than most. Features
include 'no-trap' hinges to the door, smoothed, rounded edges, and safety Perspex
glazing. In common with the entire range, this model has been
manufactured to European safety standard EN71, and British
Safety Standard BS5665.
Preservative
All buildings in the Hall's range
are treated either with an Antique Pine water-based anti-fungicidal colour
treatment, or a spirit-based Summertan preservative (see right). The
colour shown above is Antique Pine.
Doors and Locking System
This model has a single door as
standard. The doors have extra framing which
improves strength and combats excess twisting and warping. The door has
an adjustable roller catch to keep it closed, and a full length
piano-hinge for safety.
Easy Assembly
These buildings are supplied in an easy to assemble flat-pack. Only basic
tools are required, and no professional experience is necessary.
Normally 2 people can usually complete the job in 2 or 3 hours, but an erecting service is also available at an extra charge
(depending on your area) if required. Please
