Our light and airy 12'x8' Enterprise Garden
Office is a very low maintenance,
purpose built, fully
insulated
stand-alone office, that typically requires no planning
permission and gives you the freedom to work professionally, in peace,
from home. The Enterprise is manufactured with
100mm thick insulated walls, a 120mm thick,
polymer coated steel composite insulated roof. and highly secure
uPVC 24mm double-glazed windows and doors.

Superior Insulation
Only the highest quality materials, and the best insulation has been used
throughout the Enterprise home office. The walls,
roof and floor
have all been insulated with foil-backed high
density foam. This is fire resistant
(LPS1181 standard) and is 50% better at insulating than polystyrene,
which means your office will stay warmer throughout the winter with less
heating, and will stay cooler during the summer months. In
conjunction with the 24mm thick double glazed
windows and doors, and trickle vents for
ventilation, the Enterprise
office provides a quiet,
cosy, bright
and roomy working environment.
Doors, Windows and Locking System
The Enterprise Garden Office is designed to be very
secure for your peace of mind. The steel
reinforced, uPVC Double Door has an 8-point
locking system comprising of 2 shoot bolts, 2 mushroom headed
espagnolettes, a deadbolt and a locking latch on the master door, and 2
finger bolts on the slave door. The double door uses a
6 pin Euro Cylinder barrel, which exceeds
the insurance recommendation of the 5 pin on your house! The opening
window has a 2 point mushroom headed locking system, with a
night vent facility. The large panes of
glass are toughened for added security.
Electrics & Phone Lines
The Enterprise Garden Office is designed for the easy installation of
electrics. It is supplied with hollow plastic
skirting board conduit,
which runs around the bottom of the back
and side walls. Mini conduit runs
vertically up each of the four corners and along the ceiling at the back
and side walls. This allows your electrician to easily run wires and
cables for lighting, telephones, heating and power sockets to almost
anywhere in the office. The garden office is also supplied with
3 double electrical sockets, and
1 double phone socket (perfect for phone,
fax or internet). Please note you will need an electrician to install
the electrics, and no wiring is included with the office.
Zero-Maintenance
The Enterprise Garden Office is manufactured with plastic cladding
and uPVC trims, for a low maintenance finish on
the outside. Internal walls are made from plywood bonded with a
durable vinyl coating. This is similar to
holiday homes or residential caravans, and is very
attractive and hardwearing.
